There are some great foods and other natural ways of keeping these in balance - for dopamine the amino acid tyrosine is very important. I just found this list of foods for boosting tyrosine so I've been playing around with these.
Foods That Increase Dopamine
Dopamine is made from the amino acid tyrosine. Eating a diet high in tyrosine will ensure you’ve got the basic building blocks needed for dopamine production.
